Hi. I just found your blog. Last year, on Jan. 1, 2012, I decided to cook my way through Stir Fry to Sky's Edge. I have a tolerant family, thank goodness, and I did a new recipe every night of the week. My husband and I decided that we both felt a lot better, health-wise about halfway through. There were a few recipes I didn't try because I either didn't like a key ingredient (like salmon) or it was going to be just too hard to come by something needed, like that special pepper in the Peruvian stir fried steak recipe. But I did do 99% of the book.

And BTW, my family is a husband and two adolescent boys, and in general, they were very receptive to most recipes, especially if I halved the hot pepper in spicy dishes. We are now back to a more typical dinner plan, but manage to have stir fry at least once or twice a week.
